AQUAFITNESS
The Aquafitness classes benefits toning with specific exercises in the water. It also includes routines exercises with music. We work specifically at the level of the cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and the flexibility. The classes take place in the shallow end.

AQUAPRENATAL
FOR PREGNANT WOMEN ONLY. This class is for women wishing to prepare their body for delivery by strengthening their muscles and the cardiovascular system to the benefits of the exercise in the water. If you think you will give birth during the session, you have the possibility of paying for a class at a time. For more information, inquire at the reception.

Duration: 8 weeks

AQUAPOUSSETTE
This class is for mothers with babies between the age of 4 months to 3 years. The "aquatic stroller" is designed for babies depending on their weight (15 in 35 lbs). The baby must be able to sit well in the aquatic stroller and can hold their head up. This class takes place in the shallow end of the pool. The class is 30 minutes of training for mom and 10 minutes of fun for baby!

BASICS
Red Cross basic’s swimming is an introduction to swimming. It’s designed to allow the swimmers to acquire an ease in the water or to increase the control of basic flotation, the movements and the breathing techniques. It emphasizes swimming on the stomach and increases endurance. Furthermore, it favors learning the basic skills and necessary attitudes to remain in safe in the water, on the water and near the water.

STYLE DE NAGE
Red Cross Strokes swimming is a program intended for the swimmers who master the bases of swimming and who are ready to develop and improve their swim styles and increase their endurance. Swimmers choose the strokes they wish to focus on. Participation-based program with individual goals. This class reinforces the confidence of the swimmers and improves the styles of the swimming (crawl, back stroke, elementary back, breaststroke and butterfly) taught within the framework of the Red Cross kids Swimming program. 
To join this class you have to be able to swim at least 30 laps in one hour.

AQUAPERFORMANCE
This class is designed to improve your endurance and physical shape while working on the swim strokes.

To join this class you have to be able to swim at least 40 laps in one hour.

AQUAMUSCULATION
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM. This class is in deep end, with an aquafit belt at the waist. It allows taking advantage of the benefits of walking and of running without harmful effects on the articulations and the back. The routine consists of jogging and multilateral exercises, this class represents a complete physical training on the muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
